Legionnaires,
We look forward to seeing you at our next meeting on September 5th!
- Fellowship typically begins around 5:45 PM in the canteen (which serves cool, refreshing beverages)
- Dinner is served by the Legion Auxiliary at 6:30 PM ($10 donation is encouraged to cover costs)
- Meeting will begin at 7:00 PM
- Team Rubicon will be a guest at our meeting in order to showcase their program.
I would also like to share some upcoming dates to remember:
- Sept-6th– Sherwin-Williams will be painting the trim and awnings. Volunteers are welcome to help support!
- Sept 14th– Charlotte Independence Soccer Outing @7pm. Purchase tickets HERE
- Sept 20th- POW/MIA Day-Flag Retirement Ceremony @6pm, with refreshments to follow
- Oct 5th– Sunny Day Market Festival – Legion will be open to the public and we will be selling food – volunteers needed!
- Oct 12th– Hosting District 20 Quarterly Meeting @11am.
- Oct 19th– Legion Work day @1pm
- Oct 24-26– Dept of NC Fall Conference in Raleigh, NC
We will send out another email containing the general meeting and Excom minutes for your review following our Excom meeting prior to the general meeting.
