Please Consider Becoming a Member of the Post 321 Leadership Team!
The Post Nominating Committee for Fiscal Year 2025 was designated by the Commander and ratified by the Executive Committee on 30 JAN 24. Action has begun for the nomination and election process for the Post Officers for Fiscal Year 2025 (01 JUL 24 - 30 JUN 25.) The formal nomination process will be held at our regular membership meeting on 02 MAY 24, and the elections at our regular membership meeting on 06 JUN 24
In accordance with the Post Constitution and Bylaws, the officers of Post 321 are:
- Commander
- First Vice Commander
- Second Vice Commander
- Adjutant
- Finance Officer
- Historian
- Chaplain
- Service Officer
- Judge Advocate / Parliamentarian
- Sergeant-At-Arms
- Assistant Sergeant-At-Arms
Additionally, three Executive Committee Members who, in addition to the officers of the Post, comprise the Post’s Executive Committee. The term of office of members of the Executive Committee is for one year. Incumbents may be nominated and reelected.
As of the date of this email, we have vacancies in the following positions for fiscal year 2025:
- Commander
- Adjutant
- Service Officer
- Assistant Sergeant-At-Arms
This message is to encourage Post members to consider running for a position on the Post’s Executive Committee and to solicit nominations of members for any of these positions. Nominees must be a member of the Post in good standing.

Nominations from the floor will also be accepted at the 02 MAY 24 regular membership meeting.
